PROBLEM SOLVED. for those who have the same problem -- you can download a deco_32.dll file online. just google it. then copy it to C Drive > WINDOWS > system32. good thing i had backed up my old C drive in its entirety. i just traced it from there. sheesh. technology will be the...- seanarmenta
