    I dissagree, HTML is a programing language, and for every one to follow the same rules there has to be a set standard and this is what W3C are doing, there is no rule that states anyone person owns the right to a programing language, and again no rule saying that you have to follow the standards...

    and to tell the truth, most viruses are made to target professionals, but then get addapted to home users as well, and if I remember corectly, only 20% of them are through website, most of them you get in emails, sent on from your friends.
