    Filters Neural filters are not available(greyed out).

    Thanks for the feedback. I am using 23.5.0 from the creative cloud, 8bit and RGB. Using the full version.

    Filters Neural filters are not available(greyed out).

    I brought up a photo and went to the Neural Filters. All the filters in the menu are greyed out. The filters look like they're downloaded from the cloud but not able to be activated. Pix is included below. Please let me know what I need to fix or do? Thanks. a
