How to change color of 1 object when there are more objects with the same color?

Just to follow up: Yes, that's the tool to use. After making a rough selection, hit Q to turn on Quick Mask. That will convert the marching-ants selection into an overlay so you can see the edges of the selection better. Use a black or white brush to clean up the edges. Then hit Q again to get...

Another method (simpler): Select the beanie on the left. Open a curves adjustment layer. The selection will create a layer mask isolating the red of the left beanie. Adjust the curves (composite and RGB) to match the color of the beanie on the right.

Select the left beanie and use that selection to put a mask on a blank layer. Change blend mode to Color. Sample color of the right beanie and fill the blank layer. Using the same mask, open a Hue/Sat adjustment layer and tweak the color of the left beanie to make it match the one on the right.

Oops ... how did I miss that?

Just a suggestion. Captions generally work better when place below a graphic. I would also avoid all caps.

    Draw notch curve

The pen tool is pretty tricky to learn. In this case, you can draw a precise path along this curve with just two anchor points. Once you draw that path on the "target" photo, you can use it to reshape your photo with the sharp corners. Third is that same path applied to your image.

    Draw notch curve

I'm not sure exactly what you mean by "like in this photo. When you draw a path with the rounded rectangle tool, you can skew the path by holding Ctrl and pulling the corner handles until the path precisely matches that shape.

    Draw notch curve

And another way: Use the rectangle tool (set to "Path") and adjust the radius (on the toolbar) for rounded corners. Then fill that path with black on a layer mask on a blank layer. Then paint out the corner.

    Draw notch curve

Another way (there's always another way) ... 1. Adjust a round, hard brush to the diameter you need. 2. Using quick mask, place that black spot on a layer mask, them paint the corner out with black on that blank layer.

Ctrl-] to move up, Ctrl-[ to move down.

    Camera Raw 11.4.1?

I would ask Adobe if that version is still available.
