    How can I create this type of effect?!

    the bottom one is a simple cross process effect. PLENTY of actions to handle that. The "red line" can be a red gradiant that is on a divide layer....

    How to do this lighting effect?

    It's light painting. Put the camera in manual mode. Set the shutter speed to "bulb". Have your apeture set at whatever your flash is set for. Do your moving with the glow stick and at the end of the exposure pop the flash. You could even do ALL of it with one person.

    Overall I think it's great. Shadows seem a little crushed. I'm thinking you were going for a more gloomy effect, just my opinion. Again good job
