    Problems making emoticons

    I have been trying over 2 months to make a good emoticon but i realy cant its just that the eyes are looking far away the circle is bad (its a circle normal with alt shift) and i just cant make the mouth and the teeths any suggestion how should i wfix those problems or any tut you have to saw me.
