    Hi sorry for delayed response, and thanks so much for yours. I haven't used the dodge and burn tools before. As you can see, right now i have a black background. i had the thought of trying to give it a bit of a rainbow-ish oil sheen look.. can you explain how i'd use those tools to do that...
