Resizing image for 4x5.5 postcard & maintain good resolution?
Okay, I have tried all I can. I am lost. :confused: I have old PS Elements 4 and have never been good with this, but I was trying until I now get a message that Elements closed unexpectedly and can no longer use it (great, I blew it up).
