    Toolbox Disappeared

    Hi All- I'm having a similar problem with Photoshop Elements. My toolbar hasn't completely disappeared but it's just the top blue bar and then the photoshop elements partial picture that comes up when the program starts with the Asian woman's face. None of the tools appear below as normal...
