    I made the duplicate layer then right clicked on that new layer and the colour was already none. Chose blending options and stroke. Is there any way to make it bolder/thicker? Thank you so much!

    I created a duplicate layer. How do you delete the paper colour? And then you select the area you want outlined and select stroke? because after deselecting after the stroke i didn't see any difference. I'm sorry, i'm a generally lost person!
