    Thanks for your help, but I'm still not getting it; I guess it will be faster for me to just change the # values for the layer that I wish to change...:banghead: :)

    Is there a simple way to reproduce the color in one layer with that in another?

    For the sake of simplicity, let's say I have an image that is divided into four separate sections, each section is a separate layer and each has a different color (Like a 4-part grid). Layer 1 is filled with a color that I want layer 3 to have. I want layer 3 to have the exact color of layer 1.

    That works if I am creating a new layer and want the color to be reproduced. I want to take the color of one existing layer and make another existing layer that color.

    Is there a simple way to reproduce the color in one layer with that in another?

    I want to take the color from one layer and change the color in another layer to the color of the first layer. I can do it manually by double clicking on the color box in the first layer, and copying the color # into the second layer, but it seems like there must be an easier way to do this...
