The Hunger Games Poster Composite Using Photoshop CS6 with Tutorial

CS6 was in Beta at the time...so it crashed over and over. It even crashed once in the middle of saving my work. At the time, CS5 would have been better to use to make such a intensive resource hogging composite. Now with the final release of CS6, it is a lot more stable and you should work no...

The Hunger Games Poster Composite Using Photoshop CS6 with Tutorial

CS6 is great...but actually if I had done this in CS5 it would have taken less time. (CS6 was in Beta and most of the tools kept crashing). CS5 or even CS4 could have done this easily! The 3D modeling in CS6 is really good though! I usually use Cinema 4D, Maya or 3DSMAX for 3D lettering, but...

    Tilt-Shift Photoshop Tutorial HQ

Thanks guys! Yea, there is always the alternative to buying specialty lenses, which would be "freelensing." You would have to be careful doing it; it *can* put your equipment in jeopardy if you are not careful. Perhaps we will put up a tutorial soon regarding some techniques for freelensing...

just make sure the photo at a high resolution otherwise it will look bad when printed (330pi is good) And make sure the printer/printing company is using the same colorspace when printing vibrant colors, otherwise you will loose details and it will come out muddy =/ Good luck and nice photo~

Wave shape on the bottom of a photo

There are a few ways to do this depending on the exact style you want or what you would be using the image for. I would use the pen tool to quickly make a mask, convert to selection, and delete the portion of your photo you do not want. There are two ways to delete the bottom portion of your...

    Does Photoshop have this capability?

In my experience, I would say you would have to do that manually in Photoshop. i.e. zooming in and marking each spot/pore. Which would take a LOT of time. You would need a specialized program to replicate something like the photo you have there. Photoshop is more for editing/manipulation not...
