How do I transplant this character's eye effects to a human eye .
I guess hue and saturation for the eyes and green line can work fine with a bit off tweak on the opacity and/or playing with the layer mode. About the iris the best thing to do is to build a new iris. Try liquifying tool or use a cat eye.- diogodesousa
