    Resizing image for web

    So I decided to remake the logo in the size I need, which is 90 pixels by 28 pixels. Everything i'm doing still looks blurry, I'm lost. We're making a training website (its a pretty basic, probably free hosting site). I'm not sure how we're suppose to make an image that smal and have it be clear?
