    Replacing text overlaid on background

    Hi guys, just new on this forum here! So I have some experience working with Photoshop, but not a huge amount, and I'm currently working on a new layout for a college publication for next year, and have a slight problem with one of the headers that was made up for me! It's a dark blue background...
