    I think I've managed to do it by partly using what Ibis said and partly something else. Rasterize the image and then rather than Warp it, use the lasso and because im overlapping the layers and there all the same colour you can't see the difference. Comes out how I want it so that will do...

    Abdul, that's probably what I will end up trying because from the playing around so far it drags all the rest of the letter out of position and I only want to remove some of it. Unless of course there are any other suggestions?
