    Does anyone know how to create a dotted swoop...

    I have used the pen to to outline an existing object to remove the background. But I am not sure how to bend an existing object. I have a line with the alternating blue hues with dots. How do I bend that? Thanks!!

    Does anyone know how to create a dotted swoop...

    I am looking to create something like this I want to create both the dotted portion and the green swoop. I have been trying this with distort > warp - but it never looks right. It's driving me crazy! Thank you in advance
