Free/Cheap Alternatives to Photoshop

Hello there.
Thank you for the response. I used to make "logos and advertisements" for groups on this game I used to play called ROBLOX. I got bored of the site so I decided to look for somewhere to let my knowledge enhance as that site doesn't really catch my attention anymore after playing it for 5 years...- JMarron
