    Making a "stamped metal text" navigation bar

    Hi everyone I wanted to make some title bars and possibly a navigation bar with the kind of look that I have attatched. Most tutorials have more a clean, beveled look that I am not crazy about. Any help would be so appreciated!! Thanks so much!!

    Hi Everyone! I am an illustrator and graphic designer...but for some reason have gotten in the habit of doing most of my work in illustrator or indesign so photoshop is unchartered for me. I'm hoping to learn a little and perhaps even help! Thanks!
