    Right so here's what I've done so far. I've rebuilt the area your finger was from other parts of the image and also removed the pink strip from her chest. I'm still trying to think how to remove the glasses. Is there any chance you could take another image using similar pose and light levels...

    Is this what your looking for? had to add noise to the background image to compensate for the low res of the other.

    Really Difficult to get the colour right without it looking too cartooney due to the glossiness of the black ford. Anyway here's my attempt :cheesygrin:
