    I know this is a photoshop board but I have a general photography question. I apologize if it is in the wrong place. I was curious with the advent of DSLR's if light meters are still used. I am a new photographer and would like to know if this would be helpful tool or just a waste of money.

    Can somebody advice?(Need directions)

    Lesa Snider wrote "PHOTOSHOP CS6 - The Missing Manual". Great book. Some other great avenues is to look at creative live. They do some awesome webcasts on the teaching of Photoshop and its many uses. I would much rather see someone teaching something then to read a book.

    Blending Perhaps?

    I shot this awesome picture tonight of a treeline at dark. Would love to add a moon to the photo but I have hit a brick wall. To make it realistic I would like to blend the moon into the tree line so it would appear to be behind the trees. New to photoshop so I am not sure how to accomplish...

    Pasted a new sky into the attached picture....Quick question for you all, if you look at this picture you will see my after picture has a line in the tree lines in the left hand side under the bridge. My question is how would you dial that down so it would not be noticeable? Thanks for the input.
