    Resize accurately?

    I'm trying to get this image an appropriate size to make it a Facebook timeline photo (so like, 849x312, or as close as possible). But I can't manage to do this without making the words not visible, or covered up by the profile photo, or without cutting off people's heads! Can anyone help me?
