    Thanks Steve for replying. I tried unchecking "Use Graphics Processor" and noticed no apparent change. I then rechecked it and went into Drawing Mode and changed it from "Advanced" to "Basic" and it seems to work normally again. I also Googled AMD Radeon HD 7570 Driver for Windows 8 64 Bit...
