    How do I achieve this dotted/sprinkled effect?

    Hi, the image I have attached has a white dotted/sprinkled effect rather than a solid color. As you can see the dots are more dense in some areas, so I assume its not a fill pattern. Is it a brush that was applied more in some areas? or is it a large transparent image with random white specks...

    Hello, forum! I am wondering, is there any way that I can make a reflective material on a 2D sheet, and when applied to 3D model its still reflective? This is for a videogame model. Thanks!

    ffffff(white) text turns transparent in Mac Photoshop CC 2014

    Anyone got any idea why this happens? happens to both text with effects applied and just normal text as well...its very annoying.
