Can someone remove the dirty mirror?

Pointers needed
This one is just fighting me...Everything tried...still not happy. This is a lousy scan, but all that I have. The colors are poor due to awful camera (suspect is a 126 instamatic) , a dirty scanner glass and damage to the photo by poor storage. Any help on how to restore the background is needed.- MikeMc

Now have two jobs
I just landed a second job today. Starting tomorrow I'll be working at a salvage yard pulling parts off cars. I've wanted to work at a place like this for a while so I'm a bit excited. Just wish it was warmer lol. So Mon-Fri I'll be getting my hands dirty and the weekends I'll be making sales at...- hershy314
