Elements 11, under Windows the Layers Button (and many more) are greyed out
How do I enable Layers? I installed the Full version of Photoshop Elements 11 and have a photo open? I am a computer technician and have purchased my first ever photo editing program!! My goal is to "Tan" people in portraits. I teach Ballroom dancing and a lot of us are too white in the photos.- Brett Landon Long
