Dear all,

I'm using Photoshop CS5 Extended and I've a problem with a tutorial, I have to do this:
'Try representing a new file (File>New) of 400×400 px and 72 dpi. Select after that this option in the menu:3D>New Shape From Layer>Cube.'

But I don't have and can't find the whole 3D-window at all!
I've a picture of how it have to look, but I can't post it yet... must have 5 posts.
I'll post it as soon as possible, may be somebody knows what I mean without a picture?

I hope someone here can help me!

Regards, Koen

Go to window > 3d that will bring up the whole 3d panel.

fyi you can upload photos straight away to your post using insert image you just cant link to images.

That is because 3D is not activated in your copy of photoshop are you sure you have extended or cs5.1.

3 things I can think off that could be the issue

1) you have downloaded a copy either for free or a dodgey company and the serial number you entered was not in fact for extended version but just cs5.

2) Your Graphics card does not support OpenGL so hence photoshop cant run 3D so does not load it up.

3) I thought this was just me but I downloaded an update for my entire suite last week and it knocked out and suddenly my photoshop extended was just loading up as photoshop cs5.1 Adobe are working on a fix for this but seems to only be effecting people with the master collection. and they have pulled the update to stop it from happening.
