A HUGE amount of noise after Camera Raw Smart Filter

Hello,
I hope you can help me on an issue I experienced after the application of a Camera Raw Smart filter

I startedfrom a RAW file, opend in PS, converted in a smart object, and opened camera raaw smart filter on it

I made my adjustements and in camera raw smart filter I had no noise
Finished the adjustments, the PS layer had a huge amount of noise ... WHY ?!?!?

Please find attached two steps images
- In camera raw - no noise
- in PS layer - huge amount of noise

Someone can help me to understand why ?

not sure what is going on inthis image, but will throw in my 2 cents worth.
Camera Raw Image proceessor shows the full image at the shot resolution of the camera. but of you are opening it in a smaller format than shot, it may be one cause. so just check on that.

Can you post the original image? Did you make any further changes in ACR that were not shown on your screenshot above?
