Specific Add 1 person to group photo

I need this girl added to the group photo for my mother’s birthday. I have multiple pictures of her if neither of these work. Also, could you make the girl in gray smile just a bit (in real life and the picture )?

Here's my try. The group photo is small and has a lot of noisy artifacts, so I couldn't do anything with the unsmiling girl.
