Specific Add text to new image.

Hello, can we do this image similar to my old one, and make image little darker because i want to put letters like on my old image:
FIRST IMAGE IS OLD, SECOND ONE IS NEW(first image saw more than 450.000 people, so lets make it look good, on new image i want similar text position, similar colors, lets see your ideas..
