Specific Adjusting the color

Hi, can you please help me with editing this photo? I think the photo came out darker and colder than i wanted. I want it to give me the autumn vibe, and be bright and warm. I tried some tricks with lightroom but i didn't get the result I wanted.
I would be so thankful if you help me with it
