Tom, I have no troublegoing from LR > PS > LR.  I do itall the time with great success, so that is not the problem,  In fact, I am unsure if there really is aproblem as it may be that I am not using the tool correctly.

The only tool I amusing is the Free Form Pen Tool.  Theimage that I am trying to "annotate" (if that is the correct word) isan Infrared image that has some sort of an artefact in it.  I simply want to be able to put a"circle" or "polygon" of some sort around this artefact sothat I can outline for viewers.  I wantto find out what is causing the artefact and if I "highlight" itsomehow, then viewers will know what part of the image I am talking about.

I hope thisexplanation helps clarify what I am trying to do.  Think of it as a picture with 5 horses in itand I want to draw attention to only one horse by putting a "box" orirregular "polygon" around it, so that viewers of the image will knowwhich horse I am talking about.  In mycase, it is not horses, but an irregular artefact in an image that I have neverseen in any other of my infrared imagers. I need some way to "highlight" so it stands out.
