Specific Billie Holiday recreation please?

Hi all.
i would love my photo recreated similar to Billie holiday.
Could someone add the flower like billies to my hair.
Also add more curly hair as in fuller and slightly longer for my hair as it’s grown.

And possibly a little smoke in the background

I don't think it's worth editing such bad images. In 2022 it should be possible to take low-noise pictures even in poor lighting conditions.
In addition, someone messed up the first image while masking.

@Babine beat me to it. I guess we both found it worth working on and put some time into it. Was trying for some atmosphere but not sure I achieved it.
Might need a bit more work...
