I assume you don't have these in Raw.

 

I copied one of them and opened it in Adobe Photoshop's Raw program. You'll have to set  under the edit menu > prefs >file handling> Prefer Adobe Camera Raw for JPEG files. Check the box and then right click on the orginal picture and choose open with Photoshop.

 

I got the picture to be probably good enough for what you want by adjusting the recovery and fill light and viberance.

 

The image will now be in 16 bit, so you when you transfer it to Photoshop, you will have change it back to 8 bit by using the Image menu > mode > 8 bit

 

Not sure what the rules are here on editing other peoples images without them asking, so I didn't attach my copy.
