Thanks for the replies

Yes its on a Windows System and yes CS3 was at one time installed.

I did try the method shown by Gedstar and changed the entry from "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS5 (64 Bit)\Photoshop.exe" "%1" to "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC (64 Bit)\Photoshop.exe" "%1" but that made no difference.
