This is my first forum. Driven here by a problem with my Bridge.

After 6 years of trouble free use my system hiccuped and when I rebooted all my keywords were gone - Good news - they seem to be rebuilding themselves as I open folders though.

BAD NEWS, HOWEVER Bridge now picks one image each time I open a folder & turns it from a thumbnail into an icon which will not open in Photoshop Error message reads Could not complete your request because of a program error.

The files seem OK as I can open them in other browsers and can even copy the files in question to another computer with Bridge and that Bridge will open them.

My Question is

Does anyone know if I unload & reload PS & Bridge if I will loose all my keywording again and are the files likely to be OK
