Brushes not working correctly

How do I alleviate this problem of the brush area not filled to the edge?

In preferences, try changing your painting cursor to "Normal Brush Tip".

It didn't change it

Try this...

Select your Brush Tool
In the top left hand corner of the Brush Tools Options Bar, right click once on the brush icon.
Choose "reset tool".

That didn't work either.

OK........try this.

Reset Photoshop preferences (In Windows):
First, hold down all three Ctrl + Alt + Shift buttons. Now "while keeping those button held," simply open Photoshop or a file that opens with Photoshop, and as Photoshop loads, you should get a prompt asking if you would like to "delete the Photoshop settings file", Click yes

Reset Photoshop preferences (On a Mac): hold Shift + Option + Command while starting Photoshop to delete the preferences.

You should now have a fresh slate with all of the settings returned to their default.

Got it resolved. My curser size in my system Prefs was inlarged.
