Bugs Bunny PS Request

Wondering if anyone can replace "Looney Toons" with "Bugs Bunny" and make the white background transparent or black(I want to use it on a black t-shirt) Also if you could change the W in the Warner Bros. logo to a backwards B that would be pretty cool. Thanks in advance.
