Can PS export a file as a WMF file?

Can photoshop export as a WMF or EMF file, and if it can is a special pluggin needed?

As far as I know, Rhino1616 , Photoshop can neither import or export in these native Window metafile formats. You can export, though, as an EPS which is another, more generally used, vector format.
