Specific Can some remove/edit the circled parts of this picture please?

I circled three things to be photoshopped:

1. The little strand of hair sticking up.
2. The really bad farmer's tan I have going.
3. The side fat (camera def adds 10 lbs lol).

Can someone please fix these? If these are hard edits, I don't mind sending a few bucks your way. Thank you!
