Can someone help with a new design?

Im in the process of re-designing a website for the company i currently work with, there current site is pretty borring if im honest, the over all layout i have sorted but this is what im stuck on, Friday our graphics designer left so now im in the dark because im not very creative to say the least and i need some help on this,

On the front page of the site i have three images which rotate after a certain amount of time, so your see image 1 then 3 seconds later image 2 will show and so forth basically a slide show i need to create something that is eye catching to the user that could become a customer, the company web site is http://www.businessphonesdirect.co.uk and as you can see there a platium partner of vodafone etc so i need this to come through to the public but i have no creative experience this is the background im currently going with "see attached" and im just wondering what i could possibly do with it to express what the company does, why they should go with them etc........

If any one can help me on layout or possibly an example i would highly appreciate it thank you for your time.

I think your asking for a .gif file, or is it Flash that your using?

Well iv only just started this section of the site so basically its a start up just to see some ideas on what i could possibly do again i have no creative design when it comes to photoshop anything else im fine with, im just seeing if anyone can put together one design just to get me started basically, im not going to ask you to design all three because that will be unfair on you and yes either a .gif or png

Hi thanks for the response, i think i may have given the wrong impression in to what im after, i meant like a picture iv been playing around this past few hours and come up with this but it needs to be more eye catching, as some would say as soon as you go on the site it hits you in the face etc..........but like i said i have no creative knowledge.............

how about with the last image you have the text marque/sweep one by one into the middle.
