Can you improve my image as much as possible? For example fix the nose or make the skin smoother

Hi! I was wondering if you can improve this image as much as possible, for example make the nose straight or the skin smoother, maybe make the bicep bigger or even remove hand with phone if possible. Thank you!

I made a try, I think the hand behind the head it could be improved but it's a hard one to find a good match or recreate and don't have that much time, sorry!
