Specific Change Rim Color

Hello everyone, here is one of the mustangs i own and i’ve been contemplating getting new wheels for it. I would like to see if anyone can paint my rims black and leave the outer lip chrome? black machined lip rims to be exact. spokes are black and the lip is chrome
