There are very many ways to do it.
You can try in Image/Adjustments/ Hue/Saturation or Selective color (click Absolute) and choose color Green and Yellow (it more affects in it) and play with sliders.
Or Replace Color. Set Fuziness to 15 hold SHIFT and click in several places of those green circle, then play with sliders at bottom.
