The file had some bad header data in it. I just stripped it out.

Hiya Red Rooster,

Your best bet is to save a JPEG no larger than 600px wide and 800px high and no greater than 100K. You can post two images of that size per post. Then you can just add them as attachments to your posts.

So a JPEG, less than 600 wide and 800 high and no greater than 100 kb. :B
