Specific Clean or sharpen this image up!

I am sure forum members will jump in and improve the image for you.
Yet any efforts at improvement are best when the best resolution image is provided as a starting point.
If this was scanned from a picture, scanning at 300 dpi vs. the current 72 ppi would be a significant help.

Thanks for your response John.
Unfortunately I do not have access to the photo other than this which was shared in. Facebook group. Photo shows the area where our family house was built and I was hoping have a better image of it.

Here is my try at upsizing that tiny image.
Just keep in mind, today's software does its best, yet it is creating detail that may be somewhat different than actually the way it was, yet this will be larger and much clearer.
