Specific Clean up B/W photo

Im wondering if anyone can get rid of the brown spots on this or some guidance. I have limited photoshop skills but am always willing to learn. Thank you

Converted to BW; dodge/burn; contrast curves.

 

[Hudson]

Made B/W and used the spot healing brush to remove all the blemishes. Blurred the background slightly, selected sharpening and added a gold tint.
