Hello, Photoshop CS5 is currently using that default RGB IEC##### profile, but I noticed in the drop down, I can select a ICC monitor calibration file that I have made when I recently calibrated my monitors using my colorimeter. Should I use these calibrated ICC's instead of the IEC profile? Or should I just leave it since my monitor is already using that ICC profile to begin with?
 
All depends on what your doing, but I would say stick to the defaults if you need to ask
