OK - whenever I change graphics card this seems to happen, or even on reinstalls of OS. PS CS3 occasionally makes my images off-colour. When I try to "export to web or devices" it goes way off colour - blue or yellow. Is there a single simple fix for this - I have faffed around with colour profiles and monitor calibration plenty... but this is still an issue...
