Hi there,

So.. this is my first thread where I am looking for a help :)
I was trying to take one photo onto another one, by using move tool, everything would be fine, but I don`t know how to zoom the photos? I drag the second picture onto the first one, and the second picture is way too big for the first one, can I resice the second picture?
To get it more clear, I opened two pictures, clicked move tool, drag one picture onto another, then used layer mask, clicked ALT + BACKSPACE and then I could use the brush tool, to draw something from the second picture into the first one, but the second picture is way too big.
So, Again, my question would be - Can I, and how, can I zoom one photo, then I already moved it onto another picture?
Hope, that this mess is understandable :D

Welcome Vlad,
I have no idea what you are doing with the brush tool. It sounds like you need to learn the basics of Photoshop but you are digging in with no understanding. You can find basic tutorials on this site. I recommend them if you plan to do more in PS.

As for "zooming," it is call transforming. To transform an object, go to the edit menu>free transform or use ctl + t (cmd + t for mac). Use the little square handles and move them with your cursor. If you want to maintain the same proportions, hold down the shift key as you drag one of the corners. Good luck.

ibclare, you helped me a lot. Thanks
And yes, I am just learning basics, I have one ebook, where I can find a lot of tasks, and through them, I`m learning stuff :) It is some kind of tutorials and it is in my language, so it is kind of easier for me, I hope :)) Anyway, when I will finish it, I ll do tutorials from the internet. Thanks again mate ;)

One more question: Is it normal to create the new thread, about just one problem? I mean, here we are, 4 posts, and the thread can be be closed. Maybe there are some threads where all of the newbies posting there problems? :D
Everything is cool for me, but the forum can get really messy, isnt it?

Yes, we create new threads. It would actually be more awkward to be addressing multiple questions in one thread. And everyone's level of newbie or experienced differs. It doesn't get messy as far as teh viewing is concerned. It keeps it organized. As for those little byte sweepers and filers, now they may have a tough time!
